The same order every time, whether it is a website, a workflow or a decision.

Start with the human.
Get clear on what you actually want and who needs it. Only then bring AI in.

Ask and research.
Write down what already exists, what limits you, and what you only assume. Most bad output starts from a poorly framed task.

Plan and test the plan.
Break the work into small pieces and agree on what a good result looks like before building.

Build and iterate.
Build the first working version on your real tasks. Then improve it in short passes.

Verify.
AI answers with confidence even when it is wrong. Check the result against sources and criteria before trusting it.

Own it.
The work is done when you can explain it, modify it, and build future systems independently.
