Hi! I'm Liisi Claudia.

You have a business problem with a technical solution. A website that doesn't work for your business. Processes running manually when they shouldn't be. A tool you're paying monthly for that doesn't actually solve anything. A developer who doesn't respond, and you can't tell if their work is any good.

I build digital systems that solve this. And when it's done, I train your team to manage it themselves. You should own your tools, not rent them.

At Wise, I led seven global teams over four years and opened a new region in Asia. Four promotions came from not waiting to be told what to do. I saw a broken process, built the fix, and it worked.

At SavvyBooks, an early-stage fintech startup, I built the customer success department from scratch. In a startup, you don't just do your job. From day one I was side by side with developers: wireframes, user stories, testing, design decisions. That's how I learned from the inside how software gets built.

At Deel I led a global service center, restructured the team, and delivered results. But the real turning point came after hours: I started building tools for my own team. AI-powered training assistants. Automated reports that landed from Looker into Sheets and Slack before I got my Monday morning coffee. Nobody asked me to build these. But once you know it can be better, you can't go back to doing things by hand.

That's when I realized my skills were bigger than any single role could use. I'd spent years seeing what the right leadership and coaching does for people. My teams succeeded. My team members moved on to higher positions. I empower people, and technology is how I do it. So I left and started doing it on my own.

I'm also building Kratt Academy — an AI-powered learning platform for Estonian education, which got us into Tehnopol AI Accelerator Batch 7.
